Description

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of refurbishment works to the Special Education Unit (SEU) building at Middle Park State School, located at Macfarlane Street, Middle Park QLD 4074 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The works include decanting, new flooring, new walls, joinery, lighting, power and reconfiguration works as well as a new covered outdoor area. All works are to be completed by 25 January 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
