The scope of works of this project involves mixed building works at several buildings at Lavarack Barracks. The works will include, but are not limited to replacement of electric and manual roller doors, repainting to buildings, corrosion treatments, external cladding and roofing replacements, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installation, internal refurbishment works, and construction of a new all-weather training shelter.
