Purchase Order Disclosure – The roof of the Assessment and Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) at Mona Vale Hospital has been identified as having major defects, including significant water ingress. A 2025 report outlined the required works, which were categorised into Priority 1 and Priority 2. Priority 1 works, including a segment of gutter replacement, were approved in early April 2025 and are currently underway. To mitigate further water damage, entire roofing system (priority 2) is to be replaced with a new roofing system to protect the internal environment and patient care areas.
