USC is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for upcoming works for Grounds Maintenance for a minimum period of 3 years, with a potential option to extend on a yearly basis for the maximum of 2 years, across three (3) university campuses and sites. These include:

- Sunshine Coast Mind and Neuroscience Thompson Institute - 12 Innovation Parkway, Birtinya Qld 4575
- USC Fraser Coast - 161 Old Maryborough Road, Hervey Bay Qld 4655
