Description
The Department of National Parks, Recreation, Sport & Racing through Queensland Parks and Wildlife Services is inviting offers from experienced and apporiately licenced contractors for the for the Construction of: Upper and Lower car parks; Canoe Launch; Access Trail to canoe launch; including all equipment, labour and materials, at Walkabout Creek. Walkabout Creek Visitor Centre is one (1) of three (3) National Park visitor centres being revitalised to become ecotourism “Gateway Visitor Centres’. The Gateway Visitor Centres initiative is a priority for the Queensland Government in delivering its commitment to improve access to national parks and support growth in Queensland’s tourism industry.
