Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) wants to integrate UN System of Environmental-Economic Accounting (SEEA) accounts into BDA’s Sustainability and Resilience Strategy and decision making. BDA’s Sustainability and Resilience Strategy (2024 – 2028) has ecosystem targets or related targets. Some of these are process rather than outcome based and measure neither biodiversity nor the economic benefits that biodiversity enables. BDA wishes to build more detailed and SEEA aligned accounts to support the strategy and provide biodiversity and economic evidence to support decision making and the monitoring and achievement of targets.
