Description
The Office of Industrial Relations is seeking proposals from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers for the provision of actuarial services to assist in the regulation of the Queensland Workers Compensation Scheme.
The assistance includes independent peer and technical review that will consist of a range of tasks including (but not limited to):
• analysis of scheme trends;
• establishing claim forecasts; and
• maintaining the monitoring framework.
Additional requirements include (but are not limited to):
• assisting in the development and production of quarterly reports;
• presentations and newsletters;
• professional development; and
• assisting the Insurer Services Unit in the peer review of Estimated Claims Liability of self-insurers.
