Chancellor State College (Secondary) - Multi-purpose Court (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) and Chancellor Staet College is calling for tender submissions for the design and
construction of a new Multi-Purpose court at Chancellor State College (Secondary), located at 164 Sippy Downs Dr, Sippy Downs
QLD 4556..

The position of the new multi-purpose court is at the rear of the school with adequate site access and working space. All works
are to be completed by May 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
 Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
 Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
