PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR) AGENCY PANEL FOR EVENTS - TOURISM AND EVENTS QUEENSLAND

Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ) is seeking to appoint a panel of strategic PR agencies to deliver innovative and original campaigns to support the promotion of world-class events staged within Queensland and their host destinations.

Successful agencies will be appointed on their ability to deliver incremental publicity value for Queensland, encourage dispersal within regions and drive overnight visitor expenditure (OVE). TEQ is seeking agencies that can specialise across at least one of the three event genres - Stadium Sport Events, Endurance Events, and Arts & Culture Events - in addition to broadly servicing the Events calendar plus regional events under the Queensland Destination Events Program (QDEP).

Lodgement of your Submission
• Your submission is to be lodged via the Queensland Government online tender box
• Completion of all TEQ requirements is mandatory, including the “Supplier Questionnaire” and the “rate card” as outlined in Section 11.3.4
• Submissions must be received no later than 3 pm on Friday 11 November 2022
• Tenders received after this time will only be accepted at the discretion of Tourism and Events Queensland.
