The Department of Education seeks to establish a panel of one or more Service Provider(s) in accordance with the Delivering Community Services in Partnership Policy. This is to deliver a state-wide, orientation and mobility (O & M) assessment and instruction service for school students with vision impairment, to improve their participation and independence at school and in school curriculum related activities.
