Description
The Department wishes to establish a panel of digitisation service providers that can be engaged to undertake digitisation related services, including scanning and indexing of records.
Types of physical records include, but not limited to, paper documents, maps, plans, photographs, and audio and video materials.
By establishing a panel of service providers which have proven organisational capability and high-quality assurance practices, the Department can proceed to obtaining simplified quotes from Contractors in a timely and effective manner.
