Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the Central Institute of Technology are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with suitable experience in Building & Mechanical Services to major buildings within the CBD to undertake the Library Upgrade Works at the Central Institute of Technology, Mt Lawley Campus, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am on Wednesday 22 October 2014 at the Central Institute of Technology Mt Lawley campus, Lord Street, Mt Lawley. Meeting point will be the administration foyer.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
