The Department, on behalf of the Western Australian Planning Commission, and the City of Gosnells are seeking Offers for the Preparation of:

Part A - Hydrological Feasibility Study

Part B - Geotechnical Study

Part C - Local Water Management Strategy

for the Hester Park Regional Revitalisation Project, as detailed in this Request.

The Hester Park Regional Revitalisation Project encompasses an area of approximately 90 hectares of public open space, spanning the Canning River between Nicholson Road, Kenwick Link, Roe Highway and Spencer Road in Langford and Beckenham.

The area is largely reserved as 'Parks and Recreation' under the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS). The majority of the site is under the control of the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) and the City of Gosnells. The site is broadly parkland, with a portion of the area, known as Hester Park having previously been used for active recreation.
