The Commission plays a critical role in protecting and promoting human rights in Australia and internationally. The Commission receives extremely sensitive data via our main website and we need visitors to be able to trust that we can handle their personal data securely and confidentially. The Commission's website plays a crucial role in maintaining our international standing and it needs to be reliable, professional, user-friendly and on-brand.

The Commission is seeking a digital design agency to re-design the Commission's main website. We also require an agency to build the new website, using an enterprise CMS, based on the approved high-resolution designs and a finalised information architecture (IA). The new website will need to provide a seamless, consolidated and efficient experience for the public through optimisation of the Commission's digital presence and website enhancements.
