TourismWA isseeking the provision of Facility Management and Reception Services to support its office at 2 Mill Street Perth, Western Australia where approximately 100 staff members are located. The Contractor’s Specified Personnel shall provide and/or administer the following services;

• Reception;

• Fleet Management;

• Building Management;

• Property Leases;

• Facility Management;

• Cabcharge;

• Occupational Health and Safety;

• Insurance;

• Furniture and Equipment;

• Stationery and Printing; and

• General Duties.
