Description
The project comprises upgrade of the fire detection system at Peel Health Campus (PHC) by removal of the collective fire detectors and supply and replacement with addressable detectors including associated installation and associated materials and works.
The works comprise the replacement of collective detectors, cabling modifications to provide addressable loops to and from the FIP, functional testing of the detection system, modification of the FIP program for the detectors and loops, design and as constructed documentation and warranty on all works and materials.
The surrounding premises will be occupied during the currency of the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
