Contract Administration Service

The SA Housing Trust requires to contract an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide contract management and administration services on its house building program. The contracted services will be for a temporary period until 28 June 2002 with an option for extending this period. The Housing Trust plans to build 280 houses this year throughout South Australia, but predominantly within metropolitan Adelaide. The contracted services are required to supplement and develop existing staff resources and systems during an expansionary phase of the Trust##s building program. The successful contractor will provide full contract management and administration services within the Capital Projects Division, while also reviewing current practices and reporting opportunities to enhance these expanding services and the professional development of existing staff where necessary.
