South Australian Research and Development Institute Tender 01/1313 REQUEST FOR TENDER COMMERCIAL DELIVERY OF ANIMAL REPRODUCTION, EMBRYOLOGY AND CELL CULTURE SERVICES The South Australian Research and Development Institute (SARDI) is the research group of Primary Industries and Resources SA. SARDI undertakes applied research and development aimed at providing technology to underpin the sustainable development of primary industries in South Australia. Over the last five years SARDI has developed considerable expertise in the area of animal reproduction, embryology and cell culture technologies. Each of these technologies is part of an active research and development program within SARDI and is undergoing further technical development. The technologies include: Juvenile In Vitro Embryo Transfer (JIVET) Mature In Vitro Embryo Transfer (MIVET) General In Vitro Embryo Production Gene Technologies There is potential for this technology to be further developed in order to improve the commercial acceptance and establish its routine application in primary production. Total funding required to achieve this development is in the order of $1 million per year for 3-5 years. NO TENDER NECESSARILY ACCEPTED
