Description

The SA Fire and Emergency Services Commission (SAFECOM) is required as part of the State’s emergency management arrangements to develop and implement an all-hazards emergency warning Internet site. This RFP is focussed on the provision of a highly available, readily scalable virtual web service in order to:
• host the public interface to the Emergency Information Warning System (EIWS);
• provide timely “first port of call” information for South Australians;
• provide information alerts, warnings and emergency messages as issued by emergency services organisations and other government departments.
