Description
The Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) is seeking to engage a single, experienced, and capable service provider for the continued provision of the State Government’s online community engagement platform, YourSAy.
The successful provider will be responsible for the licensing, hosting, support, and maintenance of the platform, ensuring continuity of service beyond the expiry of the current contract on 17 February 2026.
This procurement seeks a purpose-built solution designed specifically to support government-led community engagement and consultation, enabling agencies across the South Australian Government to inform, engage, and serve communities in a meaningful, accessible, and inclusive manner.
The appointed provider will be expected to:
- Deliver a platform whose core focus is online community engagement (not finance, HR, ERP, or broader enterprise systems).
- Provide a mature, off-the-shelf solution with minimal need for customisation.
- Demonstrate innovation, reliability, and capacity to support government agency needs through a high-quality engagement platform.
- Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and meets government policy, security, and privacy requirements.
