CI011 Mechanical Switchboards Replacement (MCC6, MCC9 & MCC10)

INVITATION TO OFFER: AQ 003/2024 CI011 Mechanical Switchboards Replacement (MCC6, MCC9 & MCC10)

The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts acting through Arts Queensland is seeking Tenders to undertake the following building works project:

• AQ 003/2024 CI011 Mechanical Switchboards Replacement (MCC6, MCC9 & MCC10) (the Project).

The Project scope includes replacement of three (3) x Motor Control Centre’s (MCC) including Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical and BMS. The Principal intends to appoint a Head Contractor (building) in the role of Principal Contractor who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging and managing all the appropriate and required industry/trade specialised sub-contractors required to complete the works.

SPECIAL NOTES:

1. Mandatory Industry Briefing (MIB) applies to this ITO and attendance is mandatory – refer to the applicable MIB section in ITO.
2. Mandatory Site Inspection will be made available only to Tenderers who attend the MIB. Refer to section “Site Inspection” of the ITO.
