Provision of a new whole of Government and Community First Nations Justice Strategy

Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Justice and Attorney-General) in relation to Request for Quote (RFQ) 780.2223 for the establishment of a Contract for the provision of a new whole of government and community First Nations Justice Strategy.

In order for your organisation to be considered for this Contract, you must be a First Nations Supplier. This means an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander owned business:

• at least 50 per cent owned by an Aboriginal person(s) and/or a Torres Strait Islander person(s); and
• be either a sole trader, partnership, incorporated entity or trading through a trust; and

have a current Australian Business Number (ABN).
