Cleaning of QAS Facilities at Nathan and Chandler

The Queensland Government requires a professional cleaning services provider to provide cost effective, programmed cleaning service (including provision of consumables) for QAS premises at the following location/s:

1. Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre (QSAC), 468 Kessels Road, Nathan, Queensland 4111 (Nathan Site) ; and
2. Sleeman Sports Complex, Old Cleveland Rd &, Tilley Rd, Chandler QLD 4155 (Chandler site

Supplier may nominate to provide services for one or both sites.

The proposed contract is for initial 12 months starting March 2024, with 2 addtional extension options of 24 months each.

Mandary Briefing

The Customer will hold the following briefing sessions:

• Queensland Academy of Sport (10:30am AEST, Thursday 14 December 2023)

Level 1, Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre (QSAC) , 468 Kessels Road, Nathan Qld 4111

• Sleeman Sports Complex (1pm AEST, Thursday 14 Dember 2023)

Old Cleveland Rd &, Tilley Rd, Chandler QLD 4155

It is mandatory for Suppliers to attend the respective briefing session for the site/s they intend to submit an offer. If Supplier is tendering for both sites, then the supplier must attend both briefing sessions.

Suppliers must register to attend this briefing by emailing the Customer’s Contact Person by emailing [email hidden] by 5:00pm on Tuesday 12 December 2023 listing the names of those Supplier representatives attending.

Additional Briefing Sessions may be arranged upon written request.
