Particulars

Production of plastic photo cards of a similar standard, in terms of durability, quality and security, as that applicable to the NSW Driver Licence (in accordance with specified requirement). Receipt and decrypt the secured data files from OneGov (a NSW government licensing system) via secure data transfer system. Cards to be attached to a card-carrying letter (one page), limited to one card per letter/mail item to the approved applicant. Liaise directly with ServiceNSW to address any issues with the photo quality. Regular reporting on performance, issues, etc. Stock management. New Cards and renewal cards to be issued within 3 business days from the date of successful transfer of file from L&GNSW to supplier. Deliver photo competency cards to applicant cardholders within Australia. Pay the mailing cost, and invoice L&GNSW.
