Woodlands Primary - Electrical Upgrade Roofing Program

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Electrical Services at Woodlands Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to brief overview of the Works.
• New Building Main Switchboard
• New Sub DB, Sub main supply and install termination
• Cable Containment
• Power Outlets (incl wiring)
• Demolition Works
• Prelims and Site Establishments (include service ground scan)
• Install of Metallic Mesh as per Western Power Customer Scope of Works

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender. The works are to be undertaken during Term break only to minimise power disruption to the school.

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
