Services of a Senior Technical Advisor - CHIIP

The Senior Technical Advisor provides strategic and technical leadership to support the delivery, enhancement, and governance of ICT services within a government health environment. The role ensures technology solutions align with clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of security, reliability, and service availability essential to healthcare operations. This role will be directed by HSS to: • The Senior Technical Advisor provides strategic and technical leadership to support the delivery, enhancement, and governance of ICT services within a government health environment. • The role ensures technology solutions align with clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of security, reliability, and service availability essential to healthcare operations. • Ensure CH IIP designs and solutions align with program objectives and address OAG audit findings, identifying and resolving any gaps. • Provide senior oversight and approval/rejection of security control implementations, documenting decisions and ensuring alignment to standards. • Lead coordination across Program Delivery, Service Management, and Infrastructure teams to ensure effective change and incident management. • Act as the primary interface between the Infrastructure Security team, C H11P program, and HSP stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of deployment impacts and requirements.
