Hilliard State School SIE Block D and E Refurbishment, Modular Demolition and Relocation (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the demolition of various modular buildings, relocation of a modular building and the refurbishment of the existing Block D & E buildings at Hilliard State School, located on the Corner of Hanover Drive and Alexandra Circuit, Alexandra Hills QLD 4161.

The scope comprises of the demolition of four (4) modular buildings, relocation of one (1) modular building, replacement of the existing Prep Block roof and the internal refurbishment of Blocks D & E, including new joinery, electrical and painting throughout. All works are to be complete by January 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
