The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) HSQ100997 Spine, Neurosurgical & Craniomaxillofacial Implants & Consumables.
A comprehensive range of implants and accessories is required for use in spine, neurosurgical and craniomaxillofacial procedures in Queensland Health facilities throughout Queensland.
The required range includes implants, associated specialty accessories and consumables, and specialty loan set instrumentation, for:
Spinal Fixation Implants
Accessories (Non-Implantable) - Prosthesis Specific/Specialty
Neuromodulation Devices & Accessories
Neurosurgical Implants
Neurosurgical Consumables
Craniomaxillofacial Trauma/Reconstruction Fixation Implants
Rib Fixation System Implants
Custom Anatomical Implants & Models
