Description
The agency will deliver the following:
1.Develop the design of exhibition stands, working drawings and visuals, closely following the event brief supplied by Tourism Australia
2.Project management of Tourism Australia’s presence at the event, presenting a clear plan and cost structure to be signed off prior to any work commencing by the appropriate Tourism Australia delegate
3.Manufacture and provision of all required exhibition stand components
4.Transportation/ freight of all stand components to and from events and associated staff demands for installation of exhibition stand, and staff support during set up and during the event itself.
5.Storage of stand elements when not needed
6.Ability to manage more than one show simultaneously
7.Reporting and invoicing
