Power Upgrade Poseidon PS

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a Power upgrade at Poseidon PS. The Work includes but is not limited to: The design, the supply, the delivery to site, storing and installation and testing of the Electrical Services systems listed below. All work shall comply with the requirements of the relevant authorities, Australian Standards and any additional performance requirements outlined within this document: • SMSB • Underground conduit, pit system and concrete foundation. • Provide switchboard shop drawings within two weeks of appointment This section of the Specification shall be read in conjunction with the indicative electrical services drawing(s) and all other Sections of this Specification. PFM has identified the below key project risks identified for your consideration. The Consultant’s documentation provided is NOT to be constructed from and as such the services contractors MUST provide the required workshop drawings for the consultant to review and comment to determine whether the workshop drawings meet the design intent. Whilst the consultant has undertaken detailed co-ordination utilizing CAD during the design stages, the Electrical Contractor are expected to be of relevant competency and experience to provide the required workshop drawings whilst co-ordinating with the existing installations, building structure and other services
