Description

Considering the age of the critical services at Hillarys Boat Harbour (HBH), they will require replacing and potentially upgrading to meet the ideas developed in the HBH Activation Master Plan. A Services Master Plan is now required, as a result of this RFT process, to provide a strategic approach to asset upgrades and support the broader development intentions in the Activation Master Plan. With regards to services for water, sewerage and gas, the Services Master Plan will provide the direction for replacement or upgrade of existing services and, in turn, ensure that asset investment is aligned with future demand requirements for key precinct development in the Activation Master Plan. The final deliverables for this Contract will include: Project Plan.Desktop Review of Survey Data (including potholing).Updated Survey Data Set.Existing Services Condition Report.Services Demand Assessment.Services Master Plan Report.Drawings as per DoT Drafting Standard.Optional Task – identify a suitable location(s), and provide concept plan drawings, for a dedicated services corridors that will service the entire HBH.
