021FNR13 - Consultancy to undertake an investigation into the feasibility and desirability of a Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander land tenure, land use planning and land administration

Consultancy services are hereby invited for an investigation to examine the workload and resource implications imposed upon councils and land trusts, specifi cally addressing the following:
• Would a shared service arrangement be practical and benefi cial for councils and land trusts for this type of work?
• If so, what type of shared service arrangement would be suitable?
• Would councils and land trusts want to support such an arrangement?
• What would be the scope of services required for land tenure, land use planning and administration?
• What contribution could councils and land trusts make to the operation of a shared services hub?
