Consultancy services are hereby invited for an investigation to examine the workload and resource implications imposed upon councils and land trusts, specifi cally addressing the following:
• Would a shared service arrangement be practical and benefi cial for councils and land trusts for this type of work?
• If so, what type of shared service arrangement would be suitable?
• Would councils and land trusts want to support such an arrangement?
• What would be the scope of services required for land tenure, land use planning and administration?
• What contribution could councils and land trusts make to the operation of a shared services hub?
The Terms of Reference and Invitation and Offer documents may be obtained from the Remote Indigenous Land and Infrastructure Program Office, Cairns by emailing [email hidden].
Consultancy proposals will be received by 4pm, 2 September 2013 and will be submitted to:-
