Description
The fabrication and delivery to site of various structural and non-structural steel bridge components (incl. workshop drawings) as per the attached drawings, schedule and specifications.
Cedar Creek Bridge, Cania Dam Road approx. 12km north of the Burnett Highway intersection (towards Cania Dam).
Project Drawings for Job # 249/4715/801 as attached;
TMR Standard Specifications (available on the TMR website):
- MRS/MRTS66 – Driven Steel Piles
- MRS/MRTS76 – Steel Girders
- MRS/MRTS78 – Fabrication of Structural Steelwork
Key Deliverables;
- Workshop drawings as per MRTS01.1 Annexure;
- Welding procedure sheets;
- Third Party Certification or test certificates for steel;
- Material Test Certificates and assembly test reports for bolts;
- Inspection of butt weld preparation (by TMR/RoadTek representatives);
- Weld maps;
- Inspection of completed product/s (by TMR/RoadTek representatives);
- Thickness checks to galvanised coatings.
