The Scope of the Agreement includes the provision of a complete managed solution to support and maintain BEMS network critical infrastructure by providing
- Monitoring
- Planned maintenance
- Technical assistance and support, reports
- DR backup strategy
- 24/7 breakdown response.
- Antivirus protection for all BEMS network infrastructure listed.
The objective of this agreement is to maximize system performance and reliability by ensuring the BEMS network including all attached devices are tested and maintained in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, Australian Standards and industry best practices.
