Description

The Queensland Museum Network (QMN) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) vendors to submit an offer for the provision of an innovation solution in accordance with the specification documents.

The solution will incorporate provision (design) and implementation (installation, configuration, deployment and data migration) of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Point of Sale (POS) software solution (Phase 1) for the whole Queensland Museum Network (QMN), with consideration given during the design phase for future compatibility and integration of the solution to a Venue and Event Management (VEM) and Business Intelligence (BI) system solution (Phase 2) also for the whole QMN.

It is anticipated Phase 1 will be delivered in multiple stages with a project completion date of Saturday, 28 February 2015.

MANDATORY INDUSTRY BRIEFING (MIB)

A Mandatory Industry Briefing will take place at 12.30PM on Wednesday, 9 April 2014 at the Queensland Museum, Cnr Grey and Melbourne Streets, SOUTH BRISBANE QLD 4101, which may be followed by a partial work site inspection. Please meet at the Information Desk on Level 2 prior to briefing and allocate approximately 1 hour for the briefing. If attending, refer to Part 2, clause 2.3.1 of the Invitation to Offer (ITO) document Section 1-5 for full details regarding the briefing and your attendance advice required by Corporate Administration Agency (CAA).

IMPORTANT: Offerors who do not attend this Mandatory Industry Briefing will not be eligible to submit an Offer.

NOTE: If attending the briefing we request you carefully read the tender documents in full (clear details have been written in "Notes to Offerors" instructions in various sections) prior to the briefing, and if you identify any questions please email them to the Contact Officer who will collate these for response at the briefing.
