The ULDA is currently calling for Expressions of Interests from Licensed Real Estate Agent to represent the ULDA on the Bushlark Grove project, at Mornabah. This is a 2 stage 151 lot subdivision, located in Tallon Street, Moranbah. It is a manadatory requirement that the successful real estate agent have an exisiting sales office within Moranbah.
This appointment is to manage the sales process as detailed in the Expression of Interest. There is no guarantee that this appointment will be for the entire 151 allotments in the subdivision.
