Runcorn SHS - Refurbishment of Flexi Learning Space (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education is inviting tenders for the construction of a new covered area, new sandstone seating arrangement around the new outdoor learning area and rebuishment of flexi space.

• Installation of new teachers walls with storage
• Address water leaks
• Make allowance to replace broken or damage ceiling tiles
• All new electrical GPO and DATA points.
• Install of new lighting
• Supply and install new carpet tiles
• Prep and paint all surfaces with flexi space.
• Construction of new covered roof area
• Construction of sand stone seating arrangement
• Ensuring compliant design and construction to meet all Australian Standards for access and compliance and DoE standards.
• Design to be certified with certifier engaged by contractor prior to construction.
• Design Responsibility will be with the contractor

Site Visit details: Recommended Site Visit on Monday 31st of January 2022 at 11:30am - please meet outside the Administration Reception. Please confirm attendance by 12pm Friday the 28/01/2022. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
