Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the Department of Culture and Arts are seeking tenders from suitably qualified HVAC Contractors to undertake the Routine Maintenance of Mechanical Services at the WA Museum, Perth and the Collection and Research Centre, Kewdale, in accordance with the provided specifications.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am Wednesday 18 June 2014 meeting at WA Museum main entry, James St, Northbridge.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
