Housing Tasmania invites tenders for a suitably qualified consultant to undertake site inspections, detail necessary maintenance work and issue the Annual Maintenance Statements for all sites on the Director of Housing Asset Compliance List in accordance with the legislative provisions of the Building Act 2000 and the Building Regulations 2004. The successful consultant will also provide a quotation for the work required for the sites to become compliant.
