The Healthy for Life program provides funds to improve the health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mothers, babies and children, and those affected by chronic disease, and where appropriate men’s health.
The Biennial Conference will be held in Brisbane from 10-12 June 2009, for all organisations participating in the Healthy for Life and New Directions Mothers and Babies Services programsand other key stakeholders.
