Redbank Plains SS - Amenities Refurbishment (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Senior Amenities Block at Redbank Plains SS, located at 39-53 School Road, Redbank Plains QLD 4301, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope comprises of the refurbishment of the existing Senior Amenities Block including installation of new floor finishes, cubicles, painting, fixtures and associated hydraulic and electrical works. All works are to be completed by January 2025.

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
