Description
The Western Australia Police Force (The Customer) is seeking offers for the construction of the following:
- Containment room;
- Wet area;
- Re-instatement of existing amenities;
- Carpet replacement;
- Painting;
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC);
- Cabinetry works; and
- Hydraulic works.
The site is to remain operational for the duration of the works, and a suitable plan outlining site boundary, signage, location of site office and consideration for pedestrian and vehicular movements (including deliveries) are to be planned out to allow continuity of occupancy.
