Master Data Management, systems integration and implementation

VenuesWest is seeking a suitably experienced provider to:

1. develop a conceptual integrated software infrastructure in collaboration with VenuesWest and assist with its realisation;
2. provide software (from a third party provider or the Contractor) to enable the integration between a variety of on premise and cloud-based systems to enable the sharing of data and insights;
3. provide a Master Data Management platform (from a third party provider or the Contractor);
4. manage the software implementation and oversee the integration process through effective project methodology in order to provide a fully functioning, usable system that can be managed internally in the medium and long term; and
5. actively pursue an understanding of the end-user and customer’s needs and aim to rectify current technical, usability and data-integrity shortfalls.
