Description
The Public Sector Commission (the Commission) is committed to building the skill, behaviour and expertise of the public sector for a capable, future-focused and sustainable workforce. To support this commitment, the Commission developed the Leadership essentials program in consultation with the sector. Launched in 2015, the program combines formal workshops, group work and a diagnostic assessment with professional coaching to develop leaders.
The diagnostic assessment and coaching sessions underpin the program content and are essential to developing confident, authentic and adaptive leaders. This Request requires the provision of two components, commencing in March 2018:
- professional individual coaching services
- professional group coaching services (facilitation).
