Description
JLL, on behalf of our client, Department of Education is seeking a highly qualified and experienced builder to carry out the construction of Level 1 Fit-out Works to be located on Level 1, 151 Royal Street, East Perth WA 6004.
MKDC (as the head Consultant) was commissioned to prepare a scope of work and architectural design documentation. ATA consulting have prepared mechanical, electrical and associated service drawings. MKDC Group and ATA will also assist in monitoring works progressively, assisting JLL in reviewing submitted quotes/RFIs and also undertake the final “Sign Off” inspection upon achieving Practical Completion (PC).
Scope of work is in accordance with the attached drawings/specifications prepared by the head & sub-consultants
