RFT PRO2715 | WCI McLarty Campus | Abultions Upgrade to Blocks P,R and T
Programmed Facility Management on behalf of the Department of Training and Workforce Development are seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified building organisations to upgrade the existing ablutions to Blocks P (Admin), R (Lecture Theatres) and T (Commerce) at West Coast Institute - McLarty Avenue.
PREREQUISITE
It is prerequisite for the experienced qualified building organisation to have;
Carried out refurbishment works of a complex nature in the last three (3) years
Demonstrated experience in coordinating various nominated subcontractors
Worked alongside subcontractors undertaking various different contracts occurring simultaneously
Additionally, it is a prerequisite for the tenderer to provide a detailed method of operation of how they intend to carry out the Works. And a detailed program of the Works outlining key milestones.
