Description
The Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) is seeking to engage suitable service provider/s for the provision of Employee and Student Assistance Program Services (ESAP). The ESAP is designed to provide short to medium term assistance to employees and immediate family members experiencing difficulties.
The Contractor/s will provide a confidential and professional counselling service to DTWD and TAFE sector employees. Services include face-to-face and telephone counselling for individual employees, their families and students, as well as mediation, training and workshops, critical incident response and debriefing.
The proposed contract will be established as a Group Buy under Section 27 of the Procurement Act 2020 (WA). Under this arrangement, the Customer will establish separate Customer Contracts for each of the entities participating in this Request.
