Low Value Maintenance Panel Supplement 2022

The Department of Finance (the Department) facilitates the delivery of maintenance services on non-residential buildings owned by the State Government, including (but not limited to) schools, police stations and office accommodation.
Currently, the Department procures maintenance services through the Low Value Maintenance Panel (LVMP), established in July 2014, for the Perth metropolitan and parts of the Peel region.
The Panel Arrangement includes 38 Trade Categories and will generally involve individual work valued at less than $250,000 (including GST).
The types of work covered under these Trade Categories includes:
(a) Breakdown Repairs; and
(b) Planned Maintenance:
(i) Routine Maintenance;
(ii) Restoration Maintenance; and
(iii) Minor Improvements.
Planned Maintenance will generally involve individual work valued more than $20,000 but less than $250,000 (including GST).

The Department is seeking to supplement the following LVMP Trade Categories:

• Swimming Pool Maintenance
• Shutters / Roller Doors / Accordion Doors
• Security Doors / Automatic Doors
• Restoration Cleaning
• Fire Services
• Airconditioning - Refrigerated
• Airconditioning - Evaporative
• General Building Maintenance
