Description
TasTAFE is seeking a contractor for provision of contract cleaning services for Alanvale Campus, Blocks B, C, D, E & G (excluding the Hair and Beauty areas). Usable Floor Area (UFA): 12,663 square metres.
The delivery of the service standards and schedule is by way of negotiation between the TasTAFE Nominated Representative and the Contractor, with the total annual quoted hours worked being distributed among the cleaning frequency components according to TasTAFE’s requirement. This details the cleanliness standards and cleaning frequencies (daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, triannual, bi-annual and annual) together with the areas to be serviced.
