Description
The Australian Taxation Office requires a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to develop a leading edge, entry level ‘Client Experience Program’. The supplier will design and develop the content and product as a contemporary electronic delivery platform (eLearning) with social learning options to support the embedding of skills. The ATO will own the intellectual property rights for all learning materials developed and these are expected to be delivered in-house using ATO resources.
